Please make sure you arrive at least fifteen minutes early so that you can find which room you are in and calm yourselves before you begin.

It is a good idea to listen to some music and do some gentle stretching and deep breathing to help your concentration and calm your nerves.  Singing a song is a wonderful preparation.  I advise you all to try it.

If you are doing more than one module please be sure to bring food and drink with you .  You do not want to get tired or hungry - this can effect your ability to concentrate.

Please do not be on a diet the day of and the day before your Bagrut exam.  This will not help you.  Make sure you have had plenty of protein before the exam which will help keep your blood sugar from dropping.  DO NOT EAT SWEETS OR SALTY FOODS BEFORE OR DURING THE EXAM.  Eat fruits - apples  are excellent - and a variety of nuts

Coffee can help keep you alert but don't drink too much it can make you jittery.  Fresh fruit juices are excellent so is tea.  Avoid drinks with lots of sugar.  And please remember to sleep well two or three nights before the exam

Have fun and enjoy the experience

Good luck
Patrice
