This process is to help you take responsibility for your work.  By making you the teacher and asking you to assess (grade) your own work it gives you the opportunity to sit back and be more objective. 

 

REMEMBER - Presentation is 50% of the mark.

 

You need to check that all the necessary components are there and that the work is of a sufficiently high standard. (CONTENT and QUALITY)

 

Once you have completed this form and decided on your mark, hand it in to your teacher with your portfolio and together you will decide on the final grade.

All my exams - plus reflections

All my quizzes - plus reflections

All my compositions previously marked by my teacher

All my assignments - Diary, group work, mini projects, etc.

First book report (by January)

Second book report (by Pesach)

Literature

 

I have checked that the work is well organised, divided into sections, presented correctly (opening as in English not as in Hebrew).

 

I have checked that I have written a short reflection for each exam and quiz showing that I have looked at them and commenting on the mistakes made and the material/techniques learnt.

 

I have checked that my portfolio shows the progress and the effort I have made throughout the year in English.
